Buyer Agency

When we provide services to a buyer client it is referred to as Buyer's
Agency.  When involved in a Buyer's Agency agreement we provide
services that represent a buyer's interest in the real estate transaction.  
The buyer is the only party represented by us in the transaction.

Seller Agency

When it comes time for you to sell your home the My New NC Home
Team is there for you to represent your needs and interests and assist
you in selling your home in a timely matter with the least amount of
inconvenience to you and your family.

Free Comparative Market Analysis Reports

When it is time to sell your home knowing what your home might be
worth on the market is essential.  We offer a free Comparative Market
Analysis that can show you what you can expect your home to list for.  
The Comparable Market Analysis takes several factors in account when
determining the value that you can list your home for including the
current market conditions, the size and age of the home, any special
features of the home and typical days on the market for a sale to occur.
