| First Id like to say, I was so depressed about trying to sell our home on my own. I'mnot kidding, it is hard work and a lot of know how, that I had no knowledge about. I tried for about 8 months I was to the point thinking it would never sell. One day I got a friendly e-mail from "JT", he basically tried to show us how to sell our home on our own, but told us if we ever needed his help he would be there for us. He was never pushy and was very polite. I knew I liked him from that moment on. Each day he was like a friend helping me with whatever questions and problems I had. Todd & Doris Fite To Whom it may concern: I had a very pleasant experience in the past two months. The reason it has been so pleasant is because I was able to work with JT. I was going to put my house on the market and I did not really know where to turn. I looked in the phone book and called a Realtor from Re/Max. After talking to her I felt like she really did not want to sell my house. So I looked again and found JT. That was the best thing I ever could have done. From the first day I met JT I knew he was going to do the best that he could for me. I am in the retail business and this time of year is very hectic for me. JT was there for me the very first day. When I recently got orders to move to Washington State, my wife and I were not sure what to buy when we bought it. We had really taken good care of the house, and had upgradeddo. We had owned a home in Harnett County for about ten years, and it was our first it to point of not really wanting to sell it. The home was considered by us to be our dream home. After several calls, we decided on Jeff and his organization to help us sell.
