First Id like to say, I was so depressed about trying to sell our home on my own. I'm
not kidding, it is hard work and a lot of know how, that I had no knowledge about. I
tried for about 8 months I was to the point thinking it would never sell.  One day I got a
friendly e-mail from "JT", he basically tried to show us how to sell our home on our
own, but told us if we ever needed his help he would be there for us. He was never
pushy and was very polite. I knew I liked him from that moment on.  Each day he was
like a friend helping me with whatever questions and problems I had.  Then one day I
just decided it was time to give it all to "JT".

We cant Thank "JT" Jeffery Prevatte enough for all his hard work and dedication. Our
home sold within two months. We were thrilled and even got a full offer for our home.  
It really is nice to know there still are people willing to go the extra mile for others

I had a very pleasant experience in the past two months.  The reason it has been so
pleasant is because I was able to work with JT.  I was going to put my house on the
market and I did not really know where to turn.  I looked in the phone book and called
a Realtor from Re/Max.  After talking to her I felt like she really did not
want to sell my house.  So I looked again and found JT.  That was the best thing I ever
could have done.  From the first day I met JT I knew he was going to do the best that
he could for me.  I am in the retail business and this time of year is very hectic for me.  
JT was there for me the very first day.  The reason I say that is because he went out of
his way to come to my place of business and bring all the materials that I needed to get
the process going.  From that point forward it was on.  He had my house on his web
page the next day and was aggressively working on my house on a daily basis.  I really
could not believe how many people I had look at my house within the two weeks it hit
the market.  The thing that really impressed me was that he was not just
in it for himself.  He had my best interest at hand.  And can you believe it he had a
signed contract within 30 days.  I personally did not think I would ever sell it that fast
and he got me what I was asking for.  Not only did he sell my house he put me in
contact with people that would fix what needed to be fixed and got someone to
haul all of the trash I had.  Not only would I want JT to find me another house I would
recommend him to anyone I know to sell their house.  Thanks Again!

Jeffery "JT" Prevatte is one of the most dedicated people that I have ever known. When
I recently got orders to move to Washington State, my wife and I were not sure what to
do. We had owned a home in Harnett County for about ten years, and it was our first
buy when we bought it. We had really taken good care of the house, and had upgraded
it to point of not really wanting to sell it. The home was considered by us to be our
dream home. After several calls, we decided on Jeff and his organization to help us sell.
Jeff understood our heart break about having to sell the home, and respected those
